After reading this post from Shel Holtz (of FIR fame) I was compelled to comment and shout out about the fantastic new intiative called ‘Bright One‘. It has been spearheaded by my collegue Ben Matthews (@benrmatthews), who is part of our Digital Media practice here at Hotwire.
The story was carried by PR Week last week and is a chance for small charities and non-profit organisations to receive PR help at below market value, using volunteers from the PR industry.
It’s a great opportunity for us to help out and for the organisations we help to get more exposure. This whole initiative was made possible by our company allowing an allocation of time and resources to be put towards it.
