Where to start?

I’ve been contemplating this for some time now, and this morning it hit me. Not the passion, not the thought that maybe I can babble on occasionally about what interests, intrigues and excites me, but something to write about.

Walking to the office today, I was struck by something I gazed upon strolling beside parked cars. A disabled badge and time clock, nothing particularly out of the ordinary there, but upon closer inspection, said items were bolted to the steering wheel of the car.

Have we really come to this, that someone with a genuine disability can’t count on basic human decency to not steal their parking badge. I have heard stories of this, especially in inner cities, but to actually see someone have to take this drastic action amazes me.

They will be the first against the wall when the revolution comes (and I’m sure it won’t be the first time I say that).
