The views! Oh the views… – Various, France

We traveled over to the gorge in the Verdon region and wow, I mean WOW! The views were just incredible, and the driving was more than a little scary at times too! But worth it to experience some of the most wonderful landscape I’ve seen for quite a while.

There were also a couple of beautiful views from the walks around Cereste, which was the small town we spent a week of our trip (the last 2 below)

My mild obsession of late with falling water reared it’s head once again, but just generally the scenery (not even including some of the stunning views) was just lovely. From the waterfalls, to just the sunshine falling though the trees. It really was a beautiful place to relax and also take some (hopefully) pretty pictures.

The cool dog and the bugs – Various, France

At one of the many markets we visited during our time in France, we came across this wonderful dog, just sat lazing behind one of the stands while its owner served us something or other.

Then there were the bugs around the beautiful area we spent a week of the holiday in, including a pretty butterfly I quietly chased down a field for about half an hour!

It’s taken a while, but since my holiday with Mrs. B in May, I’ve finally gone through all he pictures I took over the 10 beautiful (if slightly rainy) days in the south of France.
