Just a couple of the pile of pictures I’ve already taken on holiday. Lots more to follow, but here’s what I’ve been able to pull together just with my trusty camera and iPad. Having a wonderful time with Mrs.B and enjoying the beautiful weather and landscape.

Second post from the beautiful Bank Holiday in West Wycombe. This time it’s the rest of the bits and pieces we saw throughout the day, the views, the statues, the crosses, the rest really.

A beautiful Bank Holiday for a change and we decided to spend it wandering around West Wycombe, where they have a church, an old house, pretty gardens, animals, and caves…not quite sure whey we chose to spend such a bright sunny day in caves, but it was a lovely day.

It’s taken me far too long to get round to editing these, but I think the results are worth it? The snow really was stunning in Wales over Easter and here are a couple of the pictures that needed a bit more ‘work’.

Last post on the Easter birds, I promise! Here are the pictures I managed to get of some of my feathered friends in flight.  While not perfect, I rather like some of them. Let me know what you think…

Easter Sunday saw me spend a little over an hour sat in the joyous UK spring weather (by which I mean near freezing), obsessing over the different birds flitting in and out of view from down my camera lens.  All in all, we saw surprising number of different birds, especially considering the naturally noisy family gathering going on inside!

From my recollection, we saw some Blue Tit, Bullfinch, Chaffinch, Goldfinch, Great Tit, Greenfinch, Siskin, and Wagtail.  Not bad for an afternoon in the garden, and I even got pictures of some of them!
